Delivery and Return
** How is the delivery organized?
- Orders are made online.
- Upon receipt of your order and payment, the order preparation time is usually 2 to 5 days. You will receive your order within 2-4 days after shipment. (In France)
- As soon as your order is packaged, we will send you an email with delivery information and a number to track your order online. (Free shipping outside France is priority mail and not tracked; international tracked colissimo allows you to receive a number to track your order online)
- In the event of a wording error, we cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the item (s) ordered. The order will then be refunded (excluding shipping costs) or reshipped at the customer's expense.
- Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
We decline all responsibilities in the event of customs blocking, delay in delivery due to strike, bad weather, etc.
- It is not possible to cancel an order, after a period of 24 hours after validation and payment.

**How to return an item?

-To make a return, you must send an email to flo@arcréa.fr . You will then be given the address to which your return must be made.
The latter must be sent no later than 14 days after receipt of the package.
-The items must be returned in their sealed packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
-The return costs are your responsibility.
- If the return is only partial, only the returned products will be refunded to the customer.
- In case of error on our part (order error) an amicable agreement will be found between the two parties.
