Compared to Arcréa, just send us a simple unconditional email with the form to exercise your right of withdrawal, download and complete this form . You will be emailed our agreement with the special address for returns.

The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), allowing them to be re-marketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled, unsealed products in their packaging  or incomplete will not be taken back.
