How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the order has been placed, I make sure to wrap the package in order to send it as soon as possible. (between 2 to 5 days)

Consequently, the indicative deadline for sending a Tracked Letter in mainland France is around 2 days (48 hours) and around 3 days for the main European cities (indicative deadlines). A number will be shared by e-mail with the date of registration of the shipment.

It takes a little more for the DOM TOM, as well as international deliveries

Please note: delivery outside France by Priority Letter  

  • - allow between 2 and 3 days in the European Union;

  • - a few days to several weeks outside the European Union.

All deadlines are indicative

How to make an exchange or a refund?

Once the order has been shipped, there are 14 days left to contact us for an exchange or refund.
Exchanges and refunds are not possible on the “earrings” category for hygiene reasons unless the item is sealed in its packaging.
The return costs are your responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What should I do if I have the wrong address?

  • If the package has not been shipped, it will be possible to change the address: an emergency SMS to

  • If the package has been shipped, sorry ... I could not change the address.

I have not received my package, is it lost?
What can I do?

You must contact La Poste as soon as possible. To access the tracking of your shipments, we invite you to click on this link .
